What do I need to consider when making a booking request?

To avoid any misunderstandings regarding your booking request, we have listed some requirements here and kindly ask you to send us this information.

• Mobile phone number
• Number of persons with age and gender
• Exact booking date (arrival/departure)
• Allergies/Intolerances

How can you reach us?

We have excellent public transport by train. There's a train station just 5 km from us, with connections to all destinations in Italy. The station is called "Villafranca-Bagnone". We'll gladly take our guests to and from the station. No problem.

There is also a free app for train services in all languages, which can be downloaded from the app store. The app is called "Trenitalia". The nearest airport is Pisa. From there you can easily reach our train station (Villafranca-Bagnone).

Breakfast - Lunch - Dinner

In the mornings, there is a generous breakfast buffet. At lunchtime, we offer a small hot or cold meal upon request, and in the evenings, there is a three-course dinner. Drinks are also included. Our guests don't have to cook or shop. All meals are included in our service.

How much does all this cost?

For us, missionaries are royal laborers in the vineyard of the Lord and are just as entitled to rest and vacations as others. Those who are in full-time service for the Lord and have no money are almost free of charge. 

However, there are also missionaries who have a good budget. We gladly ask them for a donation, as well as other Christians who come to us on vacation. We don't have fixed prices. We trust in the Lord, who provides for us. We, too, work full-time in the Lord's ministry and have no income. Therefore, we trust in the Lord and his promises! "Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid: for the Lord thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee." (Deut. 31:6) 

When is the Guesthouse "Rifugio San Filippo" open?

We are open from April 1st to November 30th. 
During the other months, the weather is not good, and we use this time for maintenance and renovations.
